Write a simple JavaScript function that

(i) Takes in a number
(ii) If the number is less than 13- return "too young"
(iii) Else- return "ok"

I know this is easy- but I have just started on the javascript on my own- so I have a little difficulty doing it...Please help me out- thank u

Write a simple JavaScript that prompt (user prompt pop-up box) the user for 2 numbers- and show the result using the alert pop-up box.

This is what I did- but it doesn t work .__.:

<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript">
function prompt()
var number=prompt("Enter first number");
var number=prompt("Enter second number");

{
document.write("The sum of the 2 numbers is 35");
}
}
</script>
</head>

Please help me...Thank you. :D

i downloaded the latest version of adobe flash player and even restarted my PC. i even turned on the active scripting option from the tools menu. still when i log on to youtube it says that either my javascript is turned off or i have an older version of flash player..kindly help
i am using internet explorer..

Can sombody gie me a code to do this- I ll be as pacific as I can.

What I want is a like left panel- on that left penel will be things like a little house- and other stuff to represent other web pages- I want it when you hover over it- it changes pictures (got that part) and then like scrolls out a button that say "home" ect. on it- when you take the mouse off- it scrolls back in. Now I would just use a GIF image- but this is why I can t.
If you catch the botton while it s going in- then it starts going back out- I d just use a GIF- but then it would start over if you hoverd back.

Also- should I make the button all the same lenght- or the width of the word(s)?
Okay- how owuld I do it in CSS then? I now the language. As well as (X)HTML

What s the code where you have an image- then you hover over it and it turns into a totally different image?
I need the HTML code- no javascript.
Like for example; the image says hello- but you hover over it and the other image pops up that says goodbye.
Thanks<3

I mean- haven t people heard of the famous DIV tag- which is *designed* for nonspecific elements? I ve seen a tonne of free scripts where people do this whole "Just do this to a LI and sometimes BLOCKQUOTE. Those tags have specific purposes- so what s the obsession with them?
