Hello
I am a 17 year old Indian Engineering student
I have learnt various web programming languages like HTML- DHTML- XHTML- Javascript - CSS
And also languges like C++ and CoreJava
But all of them through the internet so there is no certificate of a legal document to prove that i know all these perfectly
So can anyone tell me if there is an international degree for which i can apply and give examinations just to prove that i know all these languages very well on paper ?
And how do i apply ?
Please tell me - I really need to get this done

I went to imeem.com - they said i have to install flash player .
I have it already - so i deleted it and install it back again.
When i go to imeem.com again - they still said that i have to install flash player to listen to those songs.
