because it says that it s off

I Downloaded Internet Explorer 7.0 and now it says I either need to turn on javascript or download flash player and i did both and nothing happened
Firefox and opera and helping either

Say if I want a blend between red and purple- it will make me a line of colors and i can use for my webpage?

Here is what I am trying to do. I am playing with DHTML and javascript. The navigation bar I am using came with a button but it is just a single line of gray and black faded from top to bottom. Then the code makes the image expand out to a button. I just want a site or program that can make me a blended image so I can create a faded button too. I hope this makes sense.

Like how power point can fade word art.

The message it gives me is "Hello- you either have javascript turned off or an old version of Macromedias Flash player- click here to get the latest flash player." I tried clicking there and downloading the flash player and nothin happens- I checked the Javascript and it is fine. I don t know what is wrong and I would like to be able to watch videos on- listen to music- and play games on my computer- if anyone knows whats wrong please tell me. thanks

Is there a way to reference a function that is within another function.

I want to do something like
<input onclick="return One.Two();" />

Basically calling the Two function. But I won t to keep it within
the One function.

function One()
{
............
function Two()
{
.........
}
}

Thanks!!

On youtube some videos say that Javascript is turned off or I need to download something. I have downloaded the thing three times and checked that Javascript is turned on. How do I watch these videos?
I checked it IN MY BROWSER and Java AND Javascript are on! My friend has the same type of computer as me- and uses the same browser I do (it s Firefox- though I doubt it matters)- though she can watch the videos. Please help!
Boodoll- there is one problem with your accusation. I made no mistake confusing the two. I said that Youtube had a message up that said JAVASCRIPT was off- and that is what the message said. No error there. I then said that both Java and Javascript were on- which they were. I did not say that as if I was confusing the two- but just in case there was some significance that both were on. Still no mistake. You- however- made an obvious and common misspelling that I feel is my duty as a Stephenie Meyer fan to correct.

By the way- this is Stephanie Meyer. http://purduesports.cstv.com/sports/c-xc/mtt/meyer_stephanie00.html
