What would be the best way on an online quiz- using a php/mySQL framwork to make a person - once they ve started the quiz have to finish or get zero s? Zend? Ajax? Ruby? Perl? Just sessions / cookies? (something else?)

(I d like it if they close the browser that it would submit a call as well- and I m thinking that might have to be done with JavaScript)

so far i only have the images for the code someone gave me but where do i put the text?
and how do i put the date form? can i put it any form?

it says that i either have javascript turned off or the old version.

whnever i try to play any youtube video- it says Hello- you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

i installed the latest flash player- but still the video didn t play.
so i tried to enable the javaScript like this
internet options > securiity > custom level
i scrolled down to scripting but there was not any java enabling option! the options were only these - active scripting- allow paste operations via script- scripting of java applets.

what do i do now? pls help! i was watching the youtube videos literally one hour ago and everything was fine.

i use windows XP and internet explorer.

I was trying to sign in and it tells me to enable cookie and javascript and I don t know what it means. Cookie is enable and often I delete cookies and Javascript is updated!
I have been going into AOL for a long time and suddenly it s doing that and I can t sign in!
