why does this always come up

Hello- you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

it is really getting to me i cant do anything like play movies or games

i dont thgink javascript is turned off and i go to the site that i have to install the new flash player and i install it and it doesnt do anything :(
