my javascript is turned off nd i have no idea how 2 turn it on plz help

I designed a website and I have a javascript image slideshow of 10 pictures fading in and fading out every 3 secs. I have this effect on every webpage at the same place- size & position. If i click to the next webpage then my javascript slideshow reloads and starts again from image No.1..how can i get this slideshow to be efficently moving regardless the change of webpage. I just need the body text and other items within the webpages to change while the image slides to keep running efficently.

can you save an array in another array :: for example like this ::>

value[a] = store[a];
}

where the value of store[a] is saved in value[a] ..

plzz help me out .. i tried it out but its not working ...

it says that i have either turned javascript off or i dont have adobe flash player

in the past i have watched youtube videos normally

i turned javascript on and downloaded abode flash player
again

it still doesnt work??

When i try to view a youtube video- it doesn t work. I downloaded the Adobe Flash player (the newest version) but i think it is something to do with the javascript- what do i do?

I know somewhat about Dreamweaver but having a difficult time learning Tables- Borders- Javascript- Rollover and CCS. I have tried just about all types of tutorials but still lost.

Are there any free video sites out there that teaches you Dreamweaver or is there anybody in the Memphis- TN area that can show me.
