Running XP SP1 w/ Norton 2003 and Norton Firewall.
Using IE 60 amd Latest Firefox.
Had problem with both IE and Firefox. Turned off Norton Ad Blocking and Firefox worked but IE did not. Second machine: ZA with Nort AV. All work there. IE/Firefox setting same on both machines. Have to believe problem is somehow in IE- Has anyone uninstalled and reinstalled IE. Am at a loss. I wonder if YouTube has duplicated prob on any test machines. Six months is a awful long time to be troubleshooting a problem. Yeah- know - use Firefox - still would like an answer with I.E.
I got IE6/Firefox on 4 machines. All setting are the same for the relative software. Only one IE does not work but the Firefox does. That indicates to me that the Nortons are not at fault but that something in the one version of IE is at fault. The questions I had: Has anyone tried to remove then reload IE. I just find it hard to believe that YouTube has not been able to duplicate the problem in 6 months of checking.
The stock answers do not appear to work. I did have one machine where the Firefox got the same answer. Turned off Ad Blocking and problem was solved with respect to Firefox. Just trying to figure out what is causing the problem with IE and youTube. Yeah - I can use Firefox - just want to figure out why IE appears to be broke in a lot of cases. Thanks for the comeback

I m trying to learn a new programming/scripting language to use on my website- but I want to pick the best one- easiest- most used language. I m sure it s better to learn all of them- but I have to start with one. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Well on myspace when I go to A persons page I cant listen to there song..It says "Hello- you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia s Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player. I updated it- When I go to A music band profile page I can listen to there music...But personal pages the player doesnt come up. How can I fix this?
I went there...It was all ready enabled...It was workin fine earlier...Now its bringin that message up on the page where the music player suppose to be. Its weird band profiles work but personal ones dont for some reason.

they said either my javascript is turned off or the old version of flash player.. but i ve already download the latest version.. same goes to other website- i can t play it! why..?
and how to see whether my javascript is on or off? and how to turn it on back?

I have decided i d like to share some of my stories with other people on the web- but i cant find any good websites to post them on. the reason why is that all the ones ive tried require Email acctivation- and since my Javascript or Flash isnt working- i cant log into my hotmail. so if anybody knows any story sites that dont require Email acctivation plz tell me about them :)
